♡ ECONOMY 3-8 week shipping - fri-sat / holidays not included (3-8 weeks is the amount of time it may take me to make & complete your order) 

 

♡ EXPRESS 1-3 week shipping - fri-sat (1-3 weeks is the amount of time it may take me to make & complete your order) 

 

♡ delivery time takes a few days to a week to arrive to you & differs for international orders (the amount of time it may take to deliver once shipped out)

 

♡ all orders are marked shipped upon completion but that does not mean that your order is officially shipped out to the post office, but is in the process of having the label made for them.

  - i am the only one making these orders & i make them one by one, so it takes me awhile to complete them. especially because i take large quantities at a time. please be patient with me & make sure to read over our shipping policies when checking out, as you legally agree to them & all other policies, prior to checking out, when checking agree to the box.

 

• - once your order is shipped out & is in USPS’S hands, it is out of our control & are not responsible if something goes wrong in the shipment.

terms of service -

we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. we cannot guarantee that your computer/phone monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

as a small handmade business, you must understand that not every single product is 100% perfect. we are a small business, not a large company. products may have flaws, loose threads, etc. no product is 100% the same.

 

we also have the right to refuse service at anytime. if you are being disrespectful to our seamstress, team, business, not respecting current rules & policies, we may refuse service & cancel your order whole & may possibly ban you from ordering again. we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, noncompliance to policies, threats, or harmful behavior towards our seamstress & or team. such behavior will result in a permanent ban from our shop & your service will no longer be served.

 

please know that all orders are made in chronological order UNLESS you pay for express shipping so you cannot skip ahead other customers as it’s unfair. if it is needed for a certain date, please select express shipping. we cannot accommodate to time requests that are made afterwards, for economy orders. 

if you do choose to begin to beg & ask for your order to be completed right away, or at a random point in time of the 3-8 week economy shipping time, we have the right to refuse service as it’s unfair to other customers who are patiently waiting before & after you. we also do not accept spam emails and messages.
