Refund policy

i have a small team but every single order is handmade one at a time, by one singular seamstress, Melinna.
therefore, there are no returns as it is time, labor, materials, sometimes money spent out of pocket, that is irreversible. we only offer exchanges.
my team & i are NOT responsible for any damages after shipping. all orders are packed safely in waterproof packaging & are packed to ensure safety & any possible damages. thankfully this has not been an issue yet, but if an issue ever occurs in transit, we are unfortunately not responsible. we are also not responsible for any mistakes the couriers may make in shipping. we do not deliver orders ourselves, therefore we put all our trust in our couriers to safely deliver your order to you.
this also goes for products that you break on your own upon receiving. we are not responsible for tears, rips, etc. when you put it on. this is why we strongly recommend to put on every product with care as they are handmade & delicate, as we are not a large company that has manufactures our products. we are only responsible for the state of the product before packaging & every single product is double checked/recorded/taken pictures of before sent out.
♡ cancellations
we offer cancellations within 3 days of ordering. after that, material is cut out & reserved for your order & or is, began to be made.
♡ refunds / returns
we are hoping to implement returns & refunds in the future, once we grow more as a business. as a smaller business, we cannot afford to do so at this moment. for the moment, we only do size & or product exchanges, of the same value.
the customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending the products back & we are responsible for the shipping charges, when reshipping your new product back to you. all packages must come with everything that was inside the package (unless it is not all the items coming back for an exchange) when it arrived to you. the customer is in charge of weighing & packaging the item correctly, to ensure the label is made correct, to avoid any issues with the courier & we do the same, when sending the new product back.
